Bluetick CV is a professional verification platform. It's a tool that lets employers confirm the accuracy of a candidate's experience before they hire. The brief was tight: four days, one logo, no existing design language. Deliver a design system foundation and fully responsive end-to-end product screens covering the entire user journey. Briefing, feedback and delivery all within the window.
Three key design principles.
Built to scale. The design system was handed off with developers in mind. Consistent components, clear patterns, and enough structure that the team could build on it independently from day one. No black boxes.
Minimal but human. Job hunting is stressful. The UI stays clean and professional, but with enough warmth and playfulness to feel approachable rather than clinical. Calm design reduces anxiety.
Clarity builds trust. Bluetick's entire proposition is verification. Proving that what someone says about themselves is true. A clear, honest UI is not just an aesthetic choice. It is the product working. Every screen reinforces the same message: this platform tells the truth.
