Three key design
principles.
Built to scale. The design system was handed off with developers in mind. Consistent components, clear patterns, and enough structure that the team could build on it independently from day one. No black boxes.
Minimal but human. Job hunting is stressful. The UI stays clean and professional, but with enough warmth and playfulness to feel approachable rather than clinical. Calm design reduces anxiety.
